The fights were epic, the tension was palpable, and the delivery was haunting, but the soundtrack, those amazing, escalating, and permeating melodies made this finale a spiritual, transcendental experience. Jeremy Zuckerman, our admiration and appreciation for the work you’ve done for this franchise cannot be stressed enough. Thank you.
Why is this still happening? Why are racist assholes so set in their fucking ways? Why are these people given the power to police. They are given military grade equipment to “police” unarmed civilians. I’m so fucking ashamed that in 2014 we are dealing with this kind of racism and unjust reaction to an truly terrible situation. As a white guy, I want so badly to share my plight. I want to express my disgust and sorrow. I want to be on the front lines, firing fucking rubber bullets into the naive, cruel, racist swine that murder based on skin color. If I was gunned down tomorrow, there would be an outrage that would be met without police brutality, biased news coverage and the cop would be in handcuffs by the end of the day. All because I’m fucking white. As a white man I’m given a undeserved privilege. According to these people, my life means more than any one who isn’t white. It’s not fucking fair. IT’S NOT FAIR.
All I can do is HOPEFULLY spread my opinions on the matter and because a handful of people know who I am and because of my skin color perhaps it’s my fucking duty to say, “HEY. FUCKING STOP.”
The WORST part. I actually want the people of Ferguson to attack these “police.” I want them to fight back for this injustice but they can’t. If they do. They will fucking DIE. And what’s worse, is that if the peaceful protest turns bad, the police will be praised for their intensity and they will say, “Oh well, it’s a good thing we went into this situation prepared because they attacked.” NO. You are FUCKING PROVOKING AN ANGERED MOB OF PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU UNJUSTLY MURDERED AN UNARMED MAN.
They are causing fear, not order.
This is America. Land of injustice and home of the racist.
